Some Angels chose to rebel against God and the creation of Man.
Those Angels were cast out of God's presence, and now live in eternal separation from God. A place that we call Hell.
Those fallen Angels (demons) have now devoted themselves to bringing about the damnation of Humanity, Gods precious creation, by keeping it also separated from God, as it is.
